What are red band trailers?
Well, to start off, they are not green band trailers. Red band trailers are better than green band trailers.
Green band trailers have been approved to show to all audiences at a cinema (i.e. suitable for all ages). This doesn’t mean the movie itself is suitable for all audiences , just that the scenes selected are suitable. Green band trailers include a green information slide at the beginning of the trailer (see below).
Red band trailers are NOT suitable for all audiences and the scenes selected may be R rated or similar. This means red band trailers include scenes that better illustrate the movie.
This site is dedicated to the better red band trailers so you don’t have to watch those censored green band trailers for your most anticipated movies.
